Client Account Executive

We are looking for a confident, ‘can do’ sales orientated individual to actively engage with existing employer accounts to develop new and progressive business to identify apprenticeship training and recruitment opportunities for people of all ages and abilities wanting to start their career path across a wide range of industries. Building relationships with employers, you will ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business for GPSTL.
the Client Account Executive, you will engage with existing client accounts to maximise business by keeping in contact via telephone or face-to-face. Being a subject matter expert, you will provide information, advice and guidance to employers on the Government funding reforms and the GPSTL programmes & services we offer. Candidate management and attraction is also key part of the role with the responsibility of ensuring your apprentice starts are on schedule and within set targets.
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a great personality and strong interpersonal skills
Possess excellent face-to-face and telephone communication expertise
Have proven experience within recruitment, business development, account management or contact centre
Be used to working within a target driven environment
Ability to network
Possess a Health & Safety qualification
Due to the nature of the role, you must have a UK full driving licence and access to a vehicle
