They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Wet Floor Specialist to join their team based in Leeds. Within the role, you will be responsible for effecting Multi Trade repairs to their Clients stock. Completing Multi Trade repairs of varying difficulties such as wetfloor showers, adapted bathing and access equipment in a timely and professional manner. Candidates for this position will liaise with the Mears Call Centre/Office/ Supervisor enabling a response to all jobs whilst making certain all work is undertaken effectively and efficiently. Making certain any further information/works from any job is passed over to the office staff ensuring comprehensive notes are stores on the PDA, you will adhere to general Health and Safety requirements. Candidates for this position will ensure before and after photographs and after photographs are taken on all repairs and adequate notes recorded on the PDA.
With the ability to complete Multi Trade repairs, you will ideally hold a single trade or multi trade qualification in one of the following with two additional trades of a competent level; Plumbing, Plastering, Tiling work, Flooring, UPVC repairs and Glazing. The successful Wet Floor Specialist will have previous experience within the Building Construction/ Maintenance Industry with the ability to understand and interpret work instructions, drawing and schematic drawings. Customer focused, you will possess a full and well maintained tool kit at all times. Candidates for this position will possess the ability to build and maintain excellent customer/ client relationships coupled with communication and organisational skills. With a good understanding of time management, you will be able to work well within a team. Moreover, they are looking for an individual with the motivation to succeed.
Candidates for this role must hold a full driving licence
