A maintenance job working at a blue chip office in the city of London
Your new company
You will be working for a global service provider who offer integrated solutions to a number of high profile blue chip organisations. This job will specifically be based on a high profile contract within a prestigious building in the city.
Your new role
The main objective of the role is to support the facilities team in delivering a high quality customer service. It will be your responsibility to complete any planned and reactive fabric maintenance to the building, mainly fixing doors & door furniture (fitting hinges, runners, ironmongery), lock installations & alterations, cabinet and fixture repairs, attending flooring issues and general fabric based jobs, and possibly minor plumbing jobs like unblocking sinks & toilets.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced maintenance operative with a strong background. You will have experience within a similar role and specifically have worked in a corporate offices maintaining the facilities. For this role, you will be expected to be well presented and have high levels of communication.
