Are you logically minded with the ability to pay high attention to detail? Have you got excellent IT skills and perhaps a background in Purchase Ledger/ Finance? We are currently recruiting for 3 people to join a forward thinking company in Bristol to work as Document Support Specialists.

These roles will be working as part of an exciting new team responsible for converting customer's documents into a format that can be processed by a bespoke suite of software. If successful you will be taught to understand the content and construction of a variety of Commercial and NHS documents. You will be required to work through documents logically to identify and capture each piece of information as it is encountered; building a bespoke document template. Alongside constructing new templates you will also be responsible for carrying out ongoing maintenance as customers update their documents.

This is a fast paced role which is often time-critical and full training will be provided. To be considered for this role you will need to hold 5 GCSE's including Mathematics and English at Grade C (or equivalent). You will need excellent communication skills and have a high level of computer literacy. A background in IT or Purchase Ledger would be beneficial for the role and you will need to be highly self motivated. You should also be able to demonstrate an enthusiasm for new and bespoke software. Due to the need to travel to meet the training requirements for the role you will need a full driving licence and your own transport.
