Personal Assistant to Managing Director of the Wealth Network

Salary from £28,000 to £35,000



Key Responsibilities:

- Responsibility for the day to day management of the MD's diary including initiating and arranging internal and external meetings
- Key point of contact for the Managing Director for both internal and external contacts
- Proactive organisation of travel and accommodation
- Ensuring all administration tasks are completed in a timely and responsive manner e.g. printing, expenses, travel booking, invoice authorisation etc.
- Support the wider PA team with holiday cover when required
- Receive all visitors to the offices and act as an in house ambassador for the various guests
- Onsite logistical support at offsite events and meetings
- Minute taking for Regional Director meetings & Sales Exec meetings
- Ownership of actions and follow up from the Regional Director and Sales Exec meetings
- Co-ordination of all 1:1 review meetings and documentation including MI
- Preparation of meeting agendas
- Compile presentations for team meetings and Adviser meetings
- Typing up of documentation
- Providing occasional support for Regional Directors as and when required
- Co-ordinate all central lead generation data acting as the first point of contact within the business for joining the intrinsic network, MI and statistics

Experience Required:

- Previous experience in a busy and demanding environment, is essential
- Diary management
- Proficient in the Microsoft office suite
- Strong customer service outlook
