Location: Chichester, PO19 1EE
Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm
Salary: £18,000 to £19,000 per annum plus potential £6000 bonus opportunity

Our Complex Care Service is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced complex care professional to help us expand our capability to deliver the exceptional quality of care for which Newcross is renowned.
You’ll actively promote the Newcross brand to all prospective clients and healthcare professionals, assisting the Business Centre Manager to increase sales and grow the business whilst ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered. You’ll undertake assessment of new referrals and accurately complete Newcross client assessment, care plan and associated documentation, undertaking reviews when required.
Our staff are at the heart of what we do, therefore you’ll assist the Business Centre Manager to recruit, manage, train and develop a stellar team of healthcare employees, you will work with the Central Recruitment team to source excellent, quality focused staff members. You’ll ensure best practice by carrying out spot checks, regular supervisions and appraisals. It’s essential that you are motivated by providing an excellent standard of care and are able to offer supervision and advice to our homecare staff members when required.
You’ll be IT literate, have a good working knowledge of CQC standards, have previous experience in Complex Care/Community Care preferably at a senior level, be qualified at QCF/NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care, be a driver and car owner and have the desire to deliver exceptional standards.
