My client is a renowned housing developer committed to delivering a high standard of design, construction and service. Due to a continued period of growth they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their construction team.Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesHealth and safety for yourself and those around youLiaise and report to the Contracts Manager on internal finishing issues including programme, resourcing, safety, quality and cost issues etc.Coordinate interface with subcontractors and other tradesCertify the quality of completed works at pre agreed hold points / stagesCorrespond with subcontractors on all issues including, for example, contractual notices, progress, logistics, health and safety and qualityEnsure provision of information for inclusion in the health and safety fileChair and record weekly progress meetingsManage, monitor and report progress against agreed programmeEnsure resolution of technical queries / RFI’s in a timely mannerMonitor on site quality standards to ensure minimum standards are achievedQualifications and Training - EssentialCSCS Card at Site Manager LevelValid SMSTS certificateValid First Aid at Work certificateThis is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable house builder.To register an interest, please apply or call James Davies on 0114 287 0464
