My client, a social enterprise organisation, is looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team of 8.
Based in Exeter, this is a full-time opportunity, requiring previous experience of accounts administration.
- Processing purchase ledger invoices, matching to purchase orders
- Reconciling to supplier statements and resolving supplier queries
- Processing staff expenses claims
- Reconciling the credit card statements
- Processing payments
- Adhoc accounts administration
