About Our Client Our client is a well established proffessional services company that's located in Birmingham. They are looking for a an international Payroll clerk to join there their growing global team.
Job Description The main duties of the role will include:
  • Process volumes of payroll along with manual PAYE/ NI calculations and tax coding national and international 
  • Manage an integrated payroll database to all company staff and resolve all payroll related enquiries and issues
  • Manage year-end processes, P60s and P11Ds accurately and on-time
  • Manage all Maternity, Paternity, Parental and Adoption Leave applications
  • Process all monthly payroll changes from new hires through to terminations
  • Calculate all back pay as necessary, research and resolve any on-going pay queries, maintain accurate records and reconcile changes.
  • Collate and process all general salary increases, holiday bonus, individual performance bonuses, management bonuses and performance related increases.
  • Process international payrolls
  • Provide the relevant information for outsourced Pension Administrator and Trustees.
  • Compile and submit the annual gender pay gap report.
  • Generate and distribute monthly payroll and pension reports.
  • Generate the necessary end of year tax reports.
The Successful Applicant The successful candidates will require:
  • Previous experience of running payroll in a multi-site company of 2000+ employees is essential
  • Experience in multi-currency payroll
  • Languages will be very benificial 
  • Experience working in multiple counties would be very benificial 
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks methodically with high attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
