Currently turning over circa 75million and with growth plans to get to 100million in the next few years this new position in Field Sales to join a small but loyal and stable existing sales team is live and ready to go from April 2017!

THE ROLE: -

- To cover an account base in Leeds and Bradford
- To learn, understand an manage a product portfolio, creating the need, advising and consulting with potential clients to help boost their sales and profit by introducing alternative, repeat and new product lines
- Plan and organise your territory and route plan and also call cycles in advance up to 1 month
- 4 days on the rd in front of customers, 1 day home based with 1/4ly visits to a North West based HQ
- Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager
- Targeted on increasing the turnover of the patch year on year 40% retention and account management and 60% new business / new account generation
- This is a classic field sales opportunity in a growing industry and a growing company covering an area that has partly been ignored and partly been well farmed. Great challenge.

THE CANDIDATE: - Your attitude, energy, charisma and work ethic is the most important thing for our client

- Any field sales experience selling a product range would be an advantage
- You will have 3 pts or less on your driving licence
- You will live in or around the Leeds Bradford area
- You must be career focussed, trustworthy and a very good, open communicator.

The Package:

- Basic salary £25,0000 basic plus company car and mobile
- On target earnings year 1 will be around 30K.
- 20 days holiday plus ALL bank holidays
- Mobile phone and company car and business petrol.
