The individual should have strong communication and people management skills, and be able to demonstrate and report clearly across each office in the firm. The role will engage local offices through regional leads responsible for the engagement. The role will report into the IT Programme Board and will implement the standard regional engagement model defined at the firm. This includes local stakeholder groups and local implementation boards which govern the impact to the local offices.
