We have a superb opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a new and expanding motor finance lender based in Oxford. For the right individual, this is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a business offering a cutting edge product and service.

Responsibilities for the role of Customer Service Representative

  • Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing calls whilst working to daily targets, ensuring all communications are in line with company policies and procedures
  • Resolving queries in regards to their existing loan agreement as well as advising customers on the loan application process
  • Ensure compliance with the FCA regulations as well as Data Protection, Money Laundering and Treating Customers Fairly Legislation.
  • Ensure that all mandatory training is completed in a timely and effective manner
  • Proactively manage own personal development

Experience require for the role of Customer Service Representative

  • Extensive telephone-based customer service experience is essential
  • Professional and approachable telephone manner
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Proactive and hardworking with the desire to take on board further responsibilities over time and constantly improve performance

Salary: Between £23-30,000

Location: Oxford

Hours: Weekly alternate shift of 9-5pm/12-8pm as well as 1-2 weekends per month working 10-6pm on both Saturday and Sunday
