Due to an organisational restructure an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to join a multi service charity based in Coventry. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £18,206 per annum and a contributory pension scheme.

What We Do

The charity has a fully trained staff team providing:

Supported Accommodation and Floating Support to victims of domestic violence and abuse and teenage parents.

Children's services including a Nursery providing full day care for pre-school children.

Youth & Community service.

Counselling and Support service.

The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will work as part of our Operations Directorate:

Leading on the development and implementation of the Valley House data and case management system

Ensuring all staff are fully supported in using the data and case management system

Ensuring all current and new service monitoring and reporting requirements are fully captured by the data and case management system

Providing reports as and when requested by the Senior Management Team and the Board, ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Act

Supporting the development of an internal outcomes framework.

The successful candidate requirements:

Substantial work experience in a similar role

Experience of delivering training

An understanding of outcome frameworks.

This post requires a satisfactory DBS check.

The hours of work are 40 per week.
