Clinical Trials Recruiter Team Leader - City of London - £35 - 40K base + OTE + Package

The Opportunity:
Due to relocation, we are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant within the Clinical Trial field. Inheriting a warm desk, it will be your responsibility to maintain the existing client base while driving development in this specialist area. You will be supporting minimum team of two Consultants, one of which will be working on contract fulfilment and one Business Developer.
The Duties:
Meet financial- and activity-based goal/target measures. Articulate progress against measures to management during regular review sessions.
Use recruiting and sales skills to effectively influence the candidate and customer, while driving the recruiting process, including relationship building, overcoming objections, targeted and timely follow-up, prep/debrief, and closing techniques.
Contribute to the development of the sales funnel by generating leads and orders when engaging with candidates (qualification and referral process), and skill market candidates when appropriate.
Develop and maintain internal/customer relationships; ensure assignment/order information is accurate by obtaining detailed requirements from the customer; and understand and communicate process and hiring procedures to customers.
Maintain discipline of execution by staying focused on market goals and objectives; manage time and competing priorities; be committed to Kelly process, technology, and documentation requirements; and perform branch administrative work
Drive all stages of the recruiting process, from proactive sourcing to order receipt, through candidate sourcing, qualification, matching, submittal, customer interview, and placement of candidates.
Manage branch resources (e.g., budget and candidate database) by effectively using candidate databases and sourcing channels.
Create and manage relevant candidate pipelines, and work with sales team to bring the most desirable candidates to market.
Responsible for thoroughly assessing candidate qualifications, including capabilities, interests, availability, and pay, to effectively match the candidate with customers and orders--resulting in candidate and customer satisfaction.
Provides mentorship and coaching to less senior consultants
