Basic Salary: £35,000 + OTE £20,000 + Car/Mileage Reimbursement + Pension Scheme + Private Medical Insurance + Benefits Package

This is an exciting opportunity with a market leading Software Solutions Company. They are looking for a Field Sales / Business Development Manager / Account Manager ideally based between London and the Midlands, who has the drive and ambition to be the best.

This role will suit a proven high achiever, who is outgoing, confident and willing to roll up their sleeves to play a pivotal role in growing an extraordinary, forward thinking, business.

The Role:

·50% of sales will be new business, the other 50% is account management.

·You will come from either Time & Attendance, Work Force Management, Access Control, HR Payroll or Education Software Background.

·You will be required to travel within the bulk of clients within the Midlands and South.

The successful candidate must have a passion for and an understanding of the following technologies; SaaS, Mobile, Web, Network.The Requirements:

Possess the ability to lead complex sales processes with multiple senior stakeholders.Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional telephone manner.Must have good negotiation and persuasion skills and be comfortable presenting to groups.Be passionate about learning and understanding the features and benefits of the existing and future products combined with the ability to communicate these effectively.·A track record of B2B sales within the software industry is preferable.
