Learn more at www.datto.com.Region / TerritoryEMEA; primary focus on DACH, Nordics, Western Europe, Middle-East and Africa.Job DescriptionTo manage relationships with all distributors throughout the EMEA region, working alongside them to manage key partner accounts, recruit new partner accounts and grow the Datto business. The successful candidate must be flexible and ambitious to grow the region with emerging and untapped territories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with the necessary key contacts within our Distribution Partners Perform a key role within the EMEA management team and provide input to the overall strategy and support to the Sales Director, EMEA Achieve revenue quota through named distribution territories Accurately forecast revenue for the territories assigned to distribution Work directly on partner account alongside distributors in the emerging territories that have no assigned channel sales people Develop and execute on a distribution strategy that aligns to the Datto goals and core values Manage pipeline, partner onboarding process and lead distribution through all assigned distributors. Ensure that distributors are following and reporting on all outlined sales and marketing activity, as per agreed plans Report on progress of strategy on a regular basis Report sales numbers and sales analyse in line with outlined strategy both regionally and per distributor Build collaborative internal networking relationships within Datto internationally Align appropriate Datto resources to distribution territories Work with all levels of the distributor/s from c-level to frontline sales to ensure vertical alignment Drive new ideas into existing and new markets to ensure that high levels of revenue growth are achieved Log activity within CRM system regularly Work with distributors both remotely and face to face effectively Motivate, support and effectively lead the Channel Development teamExperience and Skills Strong experience in working with distributors within the technology sector, in a senior sales position. Experience across the EMEA region (including DACH, Nordics, France, Spain, and Italy) Experience in a SMB focused MSP channel Experience with Backup / Disaster recovery and / or networking products Familiar with an MRR based revenue model Broad business background, including knowledge of basic financial, marketing and selling concepts Highly effective negotiation skills Strong presentation skills Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and in a team Excellent people management and coaching ability Ability to think for themselves in order to solve issues and drive the business forward Equally comfortable being tactical as well as strategic when appropriate for the business Degree level education is an advantageHere at Datto our people are our greatest asset, which is why we offer a comprehensive and unique benefits package.
