Our client is a leading Consultancy operating within a number of different industries for private and public clients. To expand their Health & Safety / CDM Department.
Your new role
Joining a Health & Safety team of 7 professionals and reporting directly to the Director of Health & Safety, you will be responsible for toolbox talks, site audits and inspections, assisting Principal Contractors with their statutory documentation.
You will have also a strong focus on CDM. You will assist the Principal Designer comply with their respective duties, by providing assistance to coordinate and collate H&S related information to ensure that those involved in the construction, design, maintenance and future demolition of projects have sufficient information to identify and eliminate or reduce where possible hazards and risks.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you must have a NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate, and a previous experience within a similar consultancy environment or Construction. You will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and dealing with stakeholders and employees.
