We are looking to recruit a full time administrator/sales support to join a busy luxury travel sales team, someone with strong administration experience within the travel industry.

Job Description
This role involves supporting the busy sales team and ensuring that all travel arrangements are correct - from checking all sales documents and supplier invoices to sending out final travel documents to clients. There is also a small proportion of competitor analysis.

Administrator/Sales Support Responsibilities:

*Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation and production of final travel documents, including:
-Detailed final itinerary
-Detailed and accurate driving directions for self-drive clients
-Travel vouchers
-E-tickets
-Destination information
*Ensure bookings for all services are in place and correct
*Check and issue booking confirmation documentation
*Providing administrative support to the sales team

Required skills

*Administration background
*Travel industry experience
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
*Organised and methodical
*Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
*Able to work as part of a small team
*Ability to organise and prioritise work
*Work within strict time-lines and meet deadlines
*Willingness to support other team members
*Happy to get involved in a wide range of tasks

This position requires individuals with excellent time management, able to cope within a sometimes pressurised environment and meet deadlines with a flexible approach to working hours.
