My client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join their London team and collaborate with suppliers, vendor partners and distributors to ensure proper execution of product launches and optimum service levels. 
You will be responsible for sales administration, key account management, procurement, inventory and logistics. 
Key account Management:• Developing and maintaining good working relationship with vendor partners and distributors • Analysing sales and establish sales projections and inventory forecasts.• Collaborate with POS/Merchandising/In store display Vendor to ensure that the optimal selection of POS material is offered to customers & distributors. • Preparing business and category reviews as required to discuss existing product development plans, sales performance, new product opportunities, service levels, quality and promotions. • Coordinating regular meetings and prepare reports outlining the assigned brands performance and managing individual P&L for each distribution partner.
Sales Administration:• Sales-order-processing• Entering and analysing data in P&L-sheets• International Export/Import Management• Coordination of over-seas transports • Cost-analysis of transportation-costs• Purchasing Administration• Purchase-order-processing• Following-up on deliveries• Controlling of invoices and physical reception (invoice / packing-list / inventory-entering)Comply with Company policies, procedures, standards and best working practices. Flexibility for travel is essential; travel may occasionally be required as appropriate.
Skills and Experience:• Comply with Company policies, procedures, standards and best working practices.• Great understanding of beauty target market, segmentation and brand positioning. • Adaptable to set and prioritize work with varying exceptions. Able to adapt and work with diverse personalities and styles.• Computer skills to produce effective reports, documents, spreadsheets and presentations (PowerPoint, Excel).• Communicates with clarity, verbally and in one on one or group situations, or over the telephone.• Communicates well in writing by composing clear documents; facility with editing and/or proof-reading is required.
Education & Job Knowledge: • University degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising or equivalent.
Experience: • 4+years in sales administration and/or key account management or equivalent experience - preferably in beauty industry.
Requirements:• Languages: English Required, French highly recommended. • Flexibility for travel is essential; travel may occasionally be required as appropriate.
