You will be preparing and cooking fresh food for our traditional pub menu, to include starters, mains, and desserts, daily and weekly specials. Ordering / managing stock, Cleaning as you go and maintaining the highest safety and hygiene standards. Following EHO guidelines to labelling and food safety records.
£27,000 per annum + bonus , working approx 40 – 45 hours, 10am to 10pm on a rota basis, over 5 days of 7 to include weekends and evenings.
