An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Unilever are currently looking for a Marketing Manager for the TIGI brand, based at TIGI's Bed Head Studios in Battersea, London. This is a full time temporary role for a period of 6 months working full time, Monday-Friday paying up to £67,000 per annum, pro rata.

The role will form part of the Western Europe leadership team and reports directly to the General Manager Western Europe, WL3B. The role has overall accountability and responsibility for the Marketing team across TIGI International which includes the UK, Ireland, France, Belgium, Netherlands and the Nordics. Turnover is 37€ million. The position is a leadership role focused leading and driving execution for go-to market campaigns for all TIGI Brands and channels within the TIGI International region. This includes key Global strategic markets i.e. the UK-which is the 2nd largest market for TIGI globally and currently undergoing a turnaround. The role has numerous direct reports with a remit covering various countries within the region and encompasses the full brand portfolio across colour, styling, wash and care.

1.Deliver localised brand strategies and proven activity plans.
2.Develop channel specific annual brand activity plans, (with strategies and tactics) which are aligned to the Global strategy and also market specific commercial objectives.
3.Develop effective rationale to land strategic pricing based on brand pricing strategies that are market and commercially appropriate for the brand.
4.Construct a menu by channel of relevant and effective promotions across the brand portfolio.
5.Understand through ongoing analysis the ROI and performance of all promotional activity.
6.Develop and execute local brand building campaigns to support the various channels to build the awareness of the TIGI brands to the Hairdresser and consumer.
7.Pro-actively manage the TIGI brand portfolio across the markets to ensure an optimum performing range.
8.Regularly carry our SKU reviews, reviewing performance and brand contribution, gross margin and inventory levels to ensure a strong and well balanced portfolio.
9.Build and grow TIGI brands through strong execution and launch activation.
10.Accountability in ensuring comprehensive launch plans are developed for all NPD, brand restages and refresh activity.
11.Responsible for leading relevant launches with effective PR, advertising support and campaigns to drive awareness affectively at industry and also consumer level.
12.Development accountability for appropriate Category Management programmes to ensure best in-class Salon merchandising, display and execution.

1.Dynamically manage, track and effectively deploy an A&P budget of £5.0 Mio.
2.Devise short and long term forecast assumptions across the Region.
3.Lead, motivate and develop a European marketing team of 4 Brand Management FTEs.
4.Lead the team to build the TIGI brand portfolio based on a well-defined global business strategy whilst considering Regional and market specific dynamics and objectives.

1.The role will be accountable in leading the European Region, a region covering UK (TIGI's 2nd largest market globally), Ireland, France, Belgium, Holland and the Nordics.
2.Develop and lead sustainable brand building activity that enables customer recruitment, retention and development.
3.Accountable in ensuring strong cross-functional relationships across the organisation particularly with the Global Marketing team and International Creative Team (ICT).

1.6+ years marketing experience.
2.Results driven, financially aware and a high performance mind-set.
3.Experience of developing and implementing effective and integrated brand plans.
4.Proven experience in managing a multi-country and multi-cultural team.
5.Great strategic influencing and relationship building skills, being able to communicate with many different people from varied backgrounds.
6.Hair, Personal Care or beauty brand category experience.
7.Proven project and budget management experience.
8.Graduate in Marketing calibre or equivalent.
