Service Desk Analyst
At CDL we are currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst to come and join our team based in Stockport. You will receive a competitive salary of up to £24,000 per annum subject to experience.

About the Service Desk Analyst role

As the first port of call for incidents and service requests, you’ll utilise your understanding of our clients and the core CDL applications to ensure we’re offering a world-class service.
What we’re looking for in our Service Desk Analyst
As you’ll be updating clients on the progress of their incident resolution, we need a confident communicator who has experience of working in customer-facing environment. With a good understanding of using a service management software application, you will be computer literate and educated to GCSE standard in maths and English (grades A-B).You’ll also need formal training in a service desk or customer service environment.
