Logistics And Customer Service Admin
Professional client who is based in Hemel Hempstead is looking for a Logistics and Customer Service Admin applicant to join their team.
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm 20 days holiday plus bank holidays , pension.
Duties of the role:
Processing customer orders on the system, taking customer orders over the phone.
Taking phone messages or transferring the customer to the correct person in the business.
Processing invoices to customers, liaising with the warehouse regarding stock levels, goods in deliveries and general communication.
The skills our client is looking for is:
Good organisation skills, good verbal and written communication skills.
Good excel skills and ability to work on own initiative and to work to deadlines.
Excellent team player required who possesses a customer service or admin background.
