Commercial Manager (Interim)

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Commercial this role will be working within the Commercial team to proactively manage bids and contracts in order to continually improve the organisations long term profitability and success. The role will be leading negotiations with customers and establishing a contract that is compliant. The successful candidate will act as a commercial coach to others and guide the business away from heavy risks or vulnerable business relationships. Supporting and awarding new business development will also be a requirement.
What you'll need to succeed
Education background in Business or Law
Experience of commercial strategy in the defence sector is advantageous
Good knowledge of commercial terms and conditions
Excellent commercial awareness
