Design Manager - Main Contractor - Education - Primary School - North London

A Tier One Main Contractor are on the hunt for an experienced Design Manager for a £13m education project (Primary School) based in North London. The Design Manager is required to be office based for 6 months and then deliver on site. Great employer with a good reputation in the market for treating staff well.

The successful Design Manager will have the following:

  • Pre Construction and delivery experience
  • Education project experience
  • Main contracting experience
  • Good eye for detail
  • Can hold good client relationships whilst producing good results

The successful Design Manager will receive the following:

  • A basic salary of £55-65k
  • A car allowance
  • Pension
  • Life Assurance
  • Healthcare
