Senior Compliance Assurance Officer

Here at Provident we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Compliance Assurance Officer to join our team in Bradford. You will provide assurance of 2nd Line controls by completing monitoring of first line activities. You will also deliver high quality reports to the management team and the business, supporting and challenging the business to deliver good customer outcomes.

The Senior Compliance Assurance Officer will compliment a team of 7 strong and will play a major part in detailed thematic reviews across the business. This will include planning and conducting a competent programme of compliance monitoring, such as call listening, sales reviews and customer account reviews; to provide assurance of key control effectiveness and adherence to group policies, procedures and relevant FCA regulations.
We are looking for someone who is engaged with our customer strategy with a clear understanding on the importance of who our customers are. Working across both Satsuma and Home Credit, you will be keen to take the lead in identifying where customer outcomes can be improved for the better.You will be an outstanding communicator with a positive and flexible attitude and be confident at communicating with senior levels of the business as you will be the credible face of compliance to key stakeholders. You will have excellent accuracy skills and have the ability to pay great attention to detail, particularly for reading new regulation/guidance. You will be required to adapt quickly to changing risks within the business and legal framework. Previous compliance experience is essential and we are also keen to speak to Compliance specialists within the Financial Services sector.
