Our client has a fantastic opportunity in one of their high profile restaurants within Covent Garden! They have a superb menu of traditional English cuisine, celebrating the best of British produce.
Location: Covent Garden, London
Salary: £27K

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Sous Chef who is ready for the challenge of one of London’s busiest restaurants. You will report directly to the Head Chef and have full responsibility for all aspects of preparation and presentations, as well as coaching your team throughout the shift.
As a large proportion of the food is fresh produce we need candidates who can demonstrate a true passion about fresh product and presentation. You also need to be able to demonstrate your knowledge of running a financially viable kitchen, with good leadership and communication skills.
