Commercial Account Handler
A well established independent insurance brokerage is seeking a Commercial Account Handler in the Birmingham area to help grow and maintain their current position.
My client is looking for an experienced Commercial Account Handler who has dealt with a wide range of Commercial Insurance Policies and covered aspects of Personal Lines insurance.
Working within the commercial department, you will be responsible for handling general commercial business.
Assist with the development and maintenance of both schemes and client relationships
Work closely with other team members to ensure any client receives a prompt and efficient response
Deal with phone and email queries
Deal with accounts queries
Previous experience within Commercial Insurance broking, servicing all classes off commercial insurance with mid-large size premiums.
Excellent communication skills
Good organisational skills to ensure that company processes and procedures are put in place
