This exciting technology company at the forefront of its industry is looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to help take their marketing to the next level. The role holds full responsibility for the Marketing Strategy with a focus on driving sales.

Duties of the Head of Marketing
  • Overseeing the marketing strategy and planning, using data and analytics to help devise the marketing strategy.
  • Identify the marketing KPI’s based on the company’s overall business goals and craft a strategy and marketing plan accordingly.
  • Research the target audience and potential channels, create the overall messaging and positioning, and develop a plan of execution.
  • Creation of marketing strategy and plan with the main purpose of lead generation, enhancing the company’s brand and using content and digital marketing to attract new customers and retain existing clients.
  • Using a variety of methods including: social media, website, offline marketing, PR, marketing automation, lead scoring, webinars, blogs, events, telemarketing, paid and organic, SEO and SEA, search marketing and analytics.
  • Management of the marketing team including goal setting, appraisals, performance management, ensuring they have the tools and continuous training and education to keep developing
  • Communicate the company’s brand values and solutions to potential clients, building trust, with the end goal of earning a purchase from those clients
  • Confidently draw conclusions from analytics and adjust marketing operations accordingly
  • Identify speaking opportunities for yourself and other figure heads within the business
  • Identify customer segments, channels, analyse existing channels and segments 
  • Work with sales and other areas of the business to put together our value proposition of different solutions to different client bases and sectors
  • Exp of managing successful Lead generation campaigns using marketing automation, events, social media and traditional telesales
  • Working with the Account Managers to create a lead generation plan, targets and sales pipeline.
  • Working closely with sales to provide BDM’s with qualified leads using content marketing, lead nurturing, email marketing and automation
  • Working with the Digital and communications manager to create and execute a content strategy.
  • Ensuring the marketing team publish relevant, timely on and offline content aligned with the customer (digital) journey
  • Experience of managing and executing events i.e. exhibitions, demonstrations, online events ie webinars and analysing their ROI.
