Position for a Quantity Surveyor looking to be involved in very prestigious high budget housing projects and developments.

Here is a great opportunity to join a very well established leading organisation in a role with responsibility, respect and autonomy.

The Company itself has been established for over 40 years and are a specialist property developer that are responsible for some of the largest developments across the UK. Due to some high budget projects underway they are looking to bring on a new Quantity Surveyor to work from their site in Leeds.

In the role you will be responsible for working alongside a team of quantity surveyors providing support for the construction of new houses. You will work from the main office in Leeds and visiting sites across West Yorkshire, responsibilities include the preparation of budgets and tenders, valuations and management of sub-contractors.
