Are you a highly motivated, outgoing, experienced office administrator? This IT support company is looking for a part time office admin for a new role in their Loanhead office next to Ikea and Costco. The position will require approx. 4 hours per day Monday to Friday. The start and finish times can be adjusted to suit but it is anticipated they will be from 10am until 2pm.

Skills required include:
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent skills in preparing written communications and materials
- Good Maths skills
- Experience of office admin work
- Ability to learn new skills and IT systems quickly
- Good Keyboard and current office skills
- Process driven

Duties include:
- Answer phone calls and create tickets in their Connectwise CRM system
- Organise and prioritise technical helpdesk team workload
- Create quotes and place orders
- Stock control (goods in, returns, disposal etc)
- Organise travel and hotel bookings
- Sales team support
- Vendor relationship management

The following skills would be advantageous:
- Experience managing a team
- Working in a helpdesk environment
- Ability to present training courses
- ISO9001 knowledge and implementation
- Invoicing

Educational Requirements:
- Higher English or equivalent
