This company has provided a range of marketing services from their Berkshire head office for over 20 years. Initially servicing the property industry, the company has expanded to offer a variety of marketing, digital and energy services to a diverse range of companies including Premiership football clubs and charities.

They have over 100 employees based in the UK. This includes 70 people nationally, providing estate agents with detailed floor plans, professional photography, Energy Performance Certificates and property inventories.

They have a South African subsidiary, based in Cape Town, provides a vital production service to our UK clients. CAD drawing, photo manipulation, as well as brochure design and production are all undertaken here.

They are looking for a passionate Client Relationship Executive who will report into a board level Director.

The Client Relationship Executive role is to support a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new opportunities.

- Completing branch reviews on their internal work management system
- Developing and building strong relationships with customers, and key decision makers
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of their solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales
- Identify and grow opportunities including research and lead generation and collaborate with Directors to ensure continued growth
- Cross selling their products
- The ideal candidate is able to identify customer needs and exceed client expectations.
- Contacting lapsed clients by email or telephone.

- Proven work experience as a Client Relationship Executive
- Demonstrable ability to communicate and deal with clients / offices and Directors
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Experience in Sales / telesales or relevant field
- Contacting your customer database to discuss service, explain about new products we have on offer
- Keeping in contact with the client at all stages
- Bringing new ideas to the table for you and your team
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Excellent customer service skill

Job role rewards
- 9.00 am-6:00pm Mon-Fri
- £25,000 per annum
- £1,000 per annum attendance bonus (paid quarterly if you qualify)
