To provide properly considered cost estimates for review and then submission; undertaking tenders of most work types.
Co-ordinate with other technical services departments.
Liaise with clients, consultants, quantity surveyors and other third parties.
Organise appropriate tender enquiries.
Administer correspondence and tender documents.
Investigate cost effective and/or alternative solutions.
Input data entry onto estimating schedule.
Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the client.
Commercial and Technical evaluations of tender bids.
Managing tender process and meetings through all the stages of tendering.
Valuing completed work and arranging invoicing.
A current Uk driving licence is required.
