I am looking for an ambitious sous chef to drive historical Bristol Italian restaurant into the future. The successful candidate will have the opportunity work closely with the Head Chef/ owner to develop the menu. The aim is for this role to develop into the Head Chef position.

The ideal candidate must have a passion for Sicilian food and

  • Have experience of managing a busy kitchen
  • A commitment to health and hygiene
  • Knowledge of costing and menu development
  • Be an inspired and motivated leader with good training and development skills
  • A 'can- do’ attitude

In return, there is a competitive salary, the ability to develop to the Head Chef and a future bonus scheme
