We now have an excellent opportunity for a well versed, and very experienced Utility Lead Generator/Sales advisor available to apply for.
My client who is based in the Ormskirk area and established since 2008 provide money saving deals to businesses across the UK with their gas, electricity and waters bills and deals. They do this by having well established relationships with all suppliers across the market.
What we want and the role:
We are looking for 2 Utility Lead Generators to join the team, to take the roles from cold called, out bound and some in bound involved and assist in evoling them into a utility contracts. A Very strong and professional telephone manner and expertise is required as the successful applicants will run a desk and take control of accounts, to strive and provide the service that has enabled this company to reach their current success in this very competitive industry.
Utility contract knowledge and how they work would be an advantage.
Administration skills and understanding software package that are required.
Account Management.
Lead generation and tough skinned in needed due to cold calling, there will be some inbound too.
Customer relations and pro-active attitude toward highlighting new products to new and existing customers and client.
Required skills, qualifications and experience:
Secondary school qualifications required.
Business Administration/Studies NVQ's Level 2/3 preferable.
Excellent and professional telephone manner.
Understanding and projecting a brand and being an advocate of the company product.
Previous contact centre experience preferable.
Experience of working to targets.
KPI driven.
Experience in a stressful environment.
Very good sales back ground.
Salary, hours of work:
Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm
Excellent initial training.
Continued one-to-one coaching and support.
25 days plus holiday per year (plus bank holidays).
Unlimited commission structure ensuring a minimum of £16K-£18K earnings per annum. (expected overall salary £22K+)
