Job title: Internal Sales Executive

Reporting to: Managing Director

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Target and reporting:

  • Achieve monthly product sales targets as set by Directors
  • Achieve activity targets agreed at sales meeting
  • Provide sales forecast to Directors monthly
  • Develop and maintain pipeline/forecasting spreadsheets

Functional:

  • Cold calling to influencers:
    • Overview of products
    • Assess and generate interest in the product line
    • Book appointments for Business Development Executives
    • Utilise the in-house system to generate database to call
    • Keep SAP updated with influencer contact information
  • Accredited dealers
    • Pro-actively call and notify of new products, product developments, relevant events and activities
    • Make appointments for Field Sales Executives with accredited dealers on quarterly basis to review business
  • Training
    • Book dealers onto training
    • Ensure delegates comply with entry requirements for each course
    • Notify accounts of relevant invoices that require raising
  • Sales Leads
    • Liaise with the Product Specialist to qualify sales leads
    • Liaise with the Product Specialist to decide on distribution of sales leads
    • Manage sales leads spreadsheet with regular communication with dealers and progress
