An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing and Communications Executive, with experience to work for a Global Organisation based in Blyth - Northumberland.

Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be working within the Marketing team to focus on promoting the Company's brands and supporting all aspects of the marketing function, including; brand development; marketing & corporate communications; PR; customer marketing support; photography; case studies; training; presentations; online website development and social media.

This role will suit a confident Marketing professional with a proactive and hardworking nature and the ability to take ownership of their workload.

Key Duties:
* Compose relevant News articles for use within websites, weekly/monthly publications and on social media.
* Create videos/animations for training, online awareness and corporate communications.
* Regularly review competition (including SWOT analysis) to ensure that the latest market information is accurate and relevant.
* Develop creative adverts for use online, in printed media and on product literature by working with external creative agencies.
* Arrange and oversee the print of marketing materials including stationary, brochures, business cards and exhibition graphics by liaising between relevant parties and printing companies.
* Develop and support a customer satisfaction programme that can be used to baseline company performance.
* Carry out email blasts as and when required to promote news items and latest product releases
* Develop and support online marketing activities through continued website & mobile app development.
* Develop a social media strategy that enhances and broadens the organisation's communication through channels such as Twitter / Facebook / LinkedIn.
* Support and co-ordinate the logistics and all aspects of event management for national and regional exhibitions, road shows and conferences as agreed in the marketing plans.
* Manage photo shoots of all products, ensuring that all High and Low Resolution Images are created and uploaded to the relevant media banks.
* Ensure that all sales teams are fully briefed on forthcoming activities or events and supplied with the relevant marketing materials.
* Manage all customer testimonials and acquire the relevant information to create case studies for use online and in printed media.
* Manage the on-going development of the Company's online training and support portal working in cooperation with the Customer Support Team and Installation Partners.
* Be responsible for the Company's market research programme to capture new product concept ideas through development forum road shows.
* Work with industry partners to support a market research programme that captures meaningful data that can be used to provide evidence based marketing to new market sectors.
