CHEF DE PARTIE - STUNNING SEAFOOD RESTAURANT - IMMEDIATE START
This stunning seafood restaurant, which is part of a world-renowned company, is seeking talented Chef De Parties to join its brigade. You will be creating some of the best seafood dishes using fresh sustainable fish and crustaceans that has been carefully selected and sourced. You must have experience within high standard seafood restaurants, preferably of at least a 1/2 AA Rosette standard.
As Chef De Partie you will be working closely with the Executive Chef to oversee the smooth running of the oyster bar. You will be involved in the development and supervision of the junior chefs and you will also be given the opportunity to learn all the aspects of running the kitchen which would be beneficial as your career progresses. An excellent salary of up to £28,000 per annum is available for the right Chef De Partie.
