We are a growing business and due to this growth, we are looking for experienced Sales Account Mangers to join our creatively fuelled team on a permanent full-time basis.

With three clear divisions, Cameo Recruitment, Cameo Elite and Cameo Training, we are looking for our next team members to join us. You will need to have proven sales experience within a commercial environment and have a passion for people too! We are open to experience levels, for example, you could be a senior sales account manager, or a business developer, or an account manager, for us at Cameo it's about you as a person, we can train you in the industry!

The purpose of the Sales Account Managers role:

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing and developing successful recruitment desk
  • Understanding client's business needs and growth plans
  • Solid commercial business acumen
  • Spotting opportunities and seeing the commercial benefit for the client
  • Resourcing and interviewing candidates
  • Carrying out meaningful and engaging client visits
  • Attracting, engaging and interviewing candidates
  • Offering a consultative and thorough recruitment service
  • Advising your clients of additional Cameo Consultancy divisions and services which will complement their existing recruitment activity

Our hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm with generous basic salary, based on experience, and a commission package offered to support your success OTE £37,000 - £43,000 and more there is no limit and bonus is paid monthly.
