A brand new opportunity to join an established Chartered Accountancy firm within their Financial Planning arm has arisen in Bridgend. They now require an IFA Administrator to join their busy team on a full time permanent basis, where you will learn their business from the ground up and for the right individual you will be fast tracked in to a technical Paraplanning role.

1. Pre Sales
• Ensure all client details entered onto client management database.
• Preparation of client files for meetings in accordance with compliance standards.
• Preparation of appropriate letters of authority for meetings and timely collation of information.
• Prepare illustrations in respect of proposed new business

2. Post Sales
• Monitor timely receipt of Policy Documents and Contract Notes.
• Ensure documentation is correct and accurately added to client management system.
• Ensure documentation is forwarded to clients quickly and efficiently.
• Monitor outstanding remuneration and actively chase outstanding payments.

3. Client servicing/Ongoing Administration
• Ensure all clients have annual review dates on client management database.
• Ensure accurate valuation reports are prepared for adviser in a timely fashion.
• Process incoming mail received from clients, or relating to a client, and update client management database accordingly.
• Ensure that all client queries are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.
• Act as first point of contact for clients for all admin-related queries.
• Maintain and update all forms and templates

• Understanding of financial planning process
