The Procurement and Supply Chain division at the SF Group are looking to recruit a Trading Administrator/Assistant for a prestigious business based in Wolverhampton.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the category trading manager and support the purchasing function
  • To be an administrative expert in the efficient design and delivery of purchasing systems and practices
  • To convert PR's to PO's when required
  • To partake in any developmental training as required in compliance with the company standard
  • Generating Reports
  • Assist each category with spend monitoring
  • Working to KPI's
  • Review receipts
  • Work constructively with other departments

Skills and Experience:

  • CIPS membership or working towards
  • Experience of working in a Purchasing role
  • Analytical approach to problem solving
  • Full driving license
  • Self motivated
  • Organised
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Motivated for progressive and continued learning and development
