Social Media and Marketing Assistant: Our client are growing their team (again!). They have just made huge investments into a brand-new office for the fantastic team in Cornwall, and now are looking to take their social media and marketing activity to the next level.
Our client's mission is to connect talented professionals with their growing number of UK stores - and are looking for a driven individual to play a key role in building that connection through the creation and delivery of effective on and offline communications and social media content.
Their recruitment operation has grown significantly over the last 3 years, and the exciting position of Social Media and Marketing Assistant will support the foundations of their teams` success. Your main focus will be creating content, both written and sometimes digital. You`ll work closely with the Communications Manager to deliver and monitor their recruitment communications and social media strategy, which will include targeted email campaigns, online content creation and more. A part of this will be understanding their own business and competitors, which will involve work with statistical data and analytics.

Can you picture yourself working with us?
As their ideal Social Media and Marketing Assistant, you will need to be articulate, self-motivated and have a natural passion for writing and content creation to truly flourish. Some form of writing and social media experience is essential for this role, either in a formal capacity or through personal projects. You should possess a strong knowledge of social media (namely LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter), have a keen eye for detail, be precise with data and have the ability to write appealing content for varying and specific target markets. An aptitude towards Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign) would be advantageous.
