2nd Line Support Engineer required with solid Networking and Windows (Desktop and Server) capabilities to work for a successful IT Consultancy based in Central London.
The 2nd Line Support Engineer will have extremely good customer service skills and be happy answering to high level 2nd Line Support requests.
- Windows Server 2008 and 2012
- Windows Desktop Support
- Capable of Layer 2 Networking
- Active Directory and Group Policy Management
- Good hardware skills
- Antivirus Software
The 2nd Line Support Engineer will be joining a team of Technical Engineers working with companies with up to 600 users. The 2nd Line Support Engineer will be client facing working with multiple London clients. They will also be required to work one day a week in the organisations Fleet (Hampshire) office which travel will be fully funded.
