Reporting into the Head of Commercial the Billing Specialist is responsible for closing out all billing related enquiries from KHC’s clients and Service Partners accurately and on time.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
To work accurately in giving clients and Service Partners answers to their queries as quickly as possible.
Conduct internal investigation into query.
Correct the billing as required.
Ensure changes are made to the database so that problems do not recur.
Collaborate with other departments as required to ensure changes are implemented.
Maintain regular communication with clients and Service Partners to keep them informed of progress.
Raise credits and manual invoices as required.
Run monthly invoices and Service Partner self billing.
To be a team player in helping ensure the team meets all targets and SLAs.
Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Employees may be assigned other duties, in addition to, or in lieu of those described above, per the needs of the Company.
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
Knowledge: (job related / professional)
Experience in office administration desirable.
Minimum of GCSE Maths and English (A-C) or equivalent.
5 year checkable history.
IT literate - Word/Excel (intermediate) /MS Outlook.
Skills: (technical / managerial)
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a thorough approach.
Forward thinking with a can do - will do attitude.
Ability to work well under pressure and take ownership of a project and team.
The ability to work to strict deadlines.

Annual Basic Salary: Starting £23 - £25K
