Our client has successfully established themselves as marketing leaders in their industry serving over 50,000 locations across the globe. They now require a Senior CRM Executive to develop and deliver their robust email marketing strategy and continue to deliver their multimillion emails annually!
This is the perfect opportunity for someone to join their communications team working on engaging their massive customer base through email marketing. They will be the owner of day to day email marketing activities and will report on these to their manager.
They will be the go-to person on all aspects of the email campaigns. The measure of success will be managed through targets on bookings and profitability that can be directly attributed to email marketing. They will also work closely with other key teams such as engineers and designers analysing campaigns and looking at improvement methods and how to continue to build and grow revenue.
They will work to strategies and often tight deadlines. The right person for this job will thrive on working at a fast pace and delivering targets. This is an outstanding opportunity for exposure and develop skills at a high level.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong experience across all CRM channels such as email, customer journey, customer retention and strategy
- Experience in using email marketing software, such as SendGrid or similar
- Analytical, precise and a good decision maker
- Fluent in software such as SQL, SPF, DKIM and DMARC
- Experience in HTML, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, SMS and Agile
- A team player who is professional and able to comfortably slot into a friendly relaxed hard working atmosphere
