CYF Learning & Development Manager
A special educational needs charity is looking to recruit a Learning and Development Manager on an 18-month Fixed Term Contract per based in West London. This role will be focused around Child, Youth, and Family development.

This is an exciting opportunity for the organisation, with the chance to really develop and make the role your own. As part of the management team the role will be responsible for the following:
? Developing, monitoring and setting up the delivery of training across various sites
? Participate in service audits learning from incidents and complaints and assisting I the production of action plan.
? Working to build partnerships internally and external to support strategic objectives.
? Ensuring standards of service delivery meet the requirements of the Care Quality Commission, Health and Children?s Act, Domiciliary Care standards,
Ofsted and internal and external contractual and other legal requirements
To be successful in the role, you will need to have achieved a relevant professional qualification in Training.
