The Site Works Co-ordinator will perform a range of activities including client portfolio management, building and maintaining third party relationships, answering client issues and queries. The Site Operations Co-ordinator will be responsible for co-ordinating of site works projects and general administration support. This role will be managing and developing the site operations ensuring that professional service is maintained at all times. Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first of contact for customer enquiries
  • Ensure all queries and problems are responded to and followed up
  • Build and maintain excellent relationship with supplier and third part clients
  • Assist with the collection and collation of all detailed tenders
  • Ensure all contracts are sent to clients within agreed timescales
  • Assist with invoicing and other default payment process
  • Planned and distributing site operations work in accordance to team work load
  • Plan, develop and implement strategy for site operations process and making sure they are within in the agreed budgets and timescales

Experience Required:

  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Excellent organisation and problem solving skills
  • Project management skills
  • Able to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and positively manage sudden increase in workload
  • Able to prioritise and mange own workload
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office systems
