We are currently looking for an Internal Sales professional to join
one of our teams in our Warrington office. Our sales teams work with
our many partners including Apple, Cisco, HP, IBM, Microsoft, Samsung,
Sony and hundreds of more. Our Internal Sales teams are the first
point of contract for Tech Data customers delivering a highly
professional customer experience.

What we require:

* Excellent telephone and communication skills

* Ability to build excellent customer relationships

* Effective time management skills to enable inbound selling whilst
generating upsell opportunities

* Numerate with a good attention to detail to provide accurate and
timely quotations to customers

* Ability to strive to achieve set KPI’s

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

* Ideally have previous experience of IT systems for quotation,
order entry, CRM

* IT industry knowledge would be desirable but not essential
