I am currently recruiting for a world leader in marine science and technology. They are looking for someone to work alongside the Estates Manager to assist with the efficient and effective delivery of small works projects, estates maintenance and facilities services.

Key Duties
- Work on the client's behalf to liaise with the contractors,
- Have a clear understanding of and contribute to the development of current and future business needs,
- Act as a key interface with 3rd parties to manage the FM contract deliverables,
- Ensure regular contact with contractors to facilitate seamless service delivery,
- Provide contract assurance audits,
- Communicate with and manage local stakeholder expectations,
- Prepare client specifications, project documentation and business cases,
- Manage local issues or disputes between stakeholders and FM Provider,
- Manage the annual budget and report to senior management,
- Support the sustainability networks to implement new initiatives to reduce carbon emissions and waste.

Ideally we are looking for someone that has an engineering/technical background with previous experience in estates or property management. Someone that is a great communicator, highly organised, an effective decision maker and excellent business acumen.
