Our client is the number one data source for the alcohol industry. They produce an annual database quantifying the global market for wine and spirits by volume and by value. Each year their researchers visit 125 markets to interview the leading producers, distributors, importers, retailers and others relevant to the trade. This information is a valuable resource to both manufacturers and suppliers to this massive industry sector.

As a result on planned expansion they are currently seeking to recruit a graduate with experience of business development to work out of their London offices.

As an international sales executive you will be responsible for selling across the companies high quality data, reports and consultancy services relating to the global alcohol market to senior executives within the industry or serving the industry to allow them to make valued business decisions. These include Producers, Distributors, Retailers, Packaging Companies and Finance Houses to name but a few. Once you have secured the business you will be responsible for managing the relationship looking for opportunities to up sell and cross sell.

To be considered you will need outbound sales experience selling to C level executives ideally in an international environment. Used new business development you will be well trained and used to a consultative highly structured sales approach. Fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of any or several other languages is desirable particularly French, Portuguese, or German

The rewards are superb and include a generous basic of up to £32K (depending upon experience), a realistic OTE of £50K (which is uncapped), 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), plus real career development opportunities.
